Description

The objective is to acquire and implement a secure, efficient, and compliant Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) that supports the NRC's quality and compliance processes. The eQMS must provide comprehensive functionality for non-conformance, document control, change management, audit management, training, and CAPA tracking. The solution must ensure full compliance with NRC's Protected B security requirements, applicable Government of Canada policies, and relevant international standards including Health Canada, FDA, EMA, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and SOC 2 Type II.
