Description

The University of Waterloo, through its Emerging Radio Systems Group (EmRG), invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of patent application preparation and intellectual property (IP) support services. The objective of this RFP is to establish a service agreement with one or more qualified suppliers, on an as needed basis for up to 4 years. The project duration is 1 year with options for three additional 1-year extensions. Bidders are instructed to submit their proposals via the specified portal prior to the closing date of May 22, 2026.
