The Department of National Defence (DND) / Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires a provincially recognized post-secondary institution with an academic quality assurance framework to provide a qualified Chef Instructor on site at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Gagetown. The Chef Instructor will be responsible for delivering a tailored On-the-Job-Training (OJT) package for Reserve Force (ResF) Cooks in accordance with the Canadian Forces Logistics Training Centre (CFLTC) Cook standard training plan – Cook OJT Rank Qualification (RQ) Corporal (Cpl)/Sailor First Class (S1) Package. This training is aimed at meeting the specific needs of the Canadian Forces.
