A new surface parking facility has been constructed adjacent to Biidaasige Park at 80 Commissioners Street to support visitor access and accommodate seasonal visitation fluctuations. The facility has been operated by the City of Toronto’s Parks & Recreation division to date. The Licensor is seeking a qualified parking management firm to licence the property and manage day-to-day operations including revenue collection, customer service, operational oversight, and reporting. The goal is to identify an experienced parking operator to deliver professional management services while supporting the public realm and visitor experience of Biidaasige Park and the Port Lands waterfront.
