The City of Mississauga is seeking detailed bids from qualified Engineering Consulting firms to act as Prime Consultant for consulting, design, and construction administration services for the detailed design of a bus loop and associated upgrades at Cawthra Station. The scope includes site investigation reports, preliminary conceptual designs, multiple stages of drawings (30%, 60%, 100%, and IFC), contract and construction specifications, construction administration and inspection services, and stakeholder management.
