Description

The consulting firm, referred to as Consultant, shall provide Program Management and General Engineering consulting support to the District Department of Transportation's Anacostia Waterfront Initiative (AWI) project team. The Consultant will act as a management extension of DDOT staff, assisting in strategic planning and delivery of the AWI program.
