Description

This solicitation seeks specialized professional services for a one-year period to support the State of Hawaii's 17 Executive departments in preparing for the transition to the Enterprise Financial System (EFS). The services include departmental research, review, coordination, and documentation to prepare long-outstanding contracts and obligations for closeout processing, as well as transition-readiness activities such as interface coordination, issue tracking, testing support, documentation, and iPaaS-related support. The contractor must have sufficient experience, staffing capacity, and technical capability to support both closeout readiness and broader EFS implementation readiness activities. The contract is firm-fixed-price with a not-to-exceed amount of $750,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes.
