This solicitation is for the procurement of 60 custom mooring buoys, specifically Jim Buoy #4403 or Walsh Marine #W2400MAW models. The buoys must have a custom bottom swivel with no top eye, through rod, or top nut, and all hardware must be stainless or galvanized steel and completely foam-filled with urethane foam meeting or exceeding United States Coast Guard requirements. The buoys are 24 inches round with a 5/8 inch galvanized swivel and a 2 inch reflective prismatic blue band, or no band if supplier issues arise. Bids must include all applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other fees for the bid to be valid.
