Description
The Township of Esquimalt invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure at the Esquimalt Public Works Yard. The project includes installing 8 Level 2 EV chargers, 1 Level 3 EV charger, an electrical kiosk, underground electrical cables from the kiosk to chargers, a main underground feeder cable from the building's main electrical room to the kiosk, and all necessary breakers, controls, and switch gear. The work must be completed by March 12, 2027, and includes obtaining permits and coordinating inspections. An optional site meeting is scheduled for April 29, 2026.
