Description

The Alaska Sustainable Salmon Fund (AKSSF) has opened its 2026 call for proposals with anticipated funding between $3 million and $10 million. Proposals must be submitted through the AKSSF website by June 24, 2026, and projects must be completed by November 30, 2029. All projects require a 35% nonfederal match and must relate to one or more AKSSF objectives, including habitat restoration, monitoring and assessment, or habitat resiliency. A webinar is scheduled for May 13, 2026, to assist applicants, and notification letters will be sent by late December 2026.
