Description

The County of Grant is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide marketing and promotional services for Grant County. The scope includes sponsoring events, publishing, advertising, and displaying materials to promote cultural resources, art, music products, historical and natural resources, and recreational facilities within the county. The intent is to establish effective Lodgers Tax programs in accordance with County Ordinance No. O-23-01 and the Lodger’s Tax Act 3-38-13 through 3-38-24 NMSA 1978. Marketing techniques may include television, radio, print, newspaper, billboard ads, social media, collateral information, magazines, internet, and other methods as determined by the county. This solicitation is for direct service costs related to these marketing activities.
