Description

Lane County Fair Board (LCFB) is seeking proposals from professional security companies to provide comprehensive security services for the 2026 Lane County Fair. The scope includes security management and planning, managing security access and control systems, emergency response and crisis management, and scheduling and oversight of security personnel. The service period covers pre-fair control and access from July 19-21, 2026, the event open to the public from July 22-26, 2026, and post-fair control and access on July 27, 2026. Proposals are due by May 8, 2026.
