The City of Casa Grande, Arizona is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and complete construction services for the O'Neil Drive from Hubbard Street to N Peart Road and Colorado Street from Cottonwood Lane to Judi Drive project. The project involves construction of approximately 3000 linear feet of collector streets with two through lanes, striped median, bike lanes, detached sidewalks, ADA compliance, driveways, landscaping, and street lighting. The CMAR will work with the engineering design team, serve as the general contractor, and assume the risk of delivering the project through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract.
