Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of goods and/or services related to the Family and Community Empowerment Service project. The project has a tentative start date of June 12, 2026, and an end date of November 9, 2026, with two automatic annual renewals possible, not extending beyond November 9, 2028. There is also a possible extension of up to 90 days for business continuity at HISD's discretion. A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 27, 2026, via Microsoft Teams.
