The University of Houston is seeking firms to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the full replacement of approximately 46,892 square feet of roofing systems. The work includes demolition, new membrane installation, insulation, flashing, and limited electrical scope. The project must be completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on April 29, 2026, at the University of Houston Fine Arts Building.
