Description
El Paso Water (EPWater) is soliciting proposals for Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) services for the Northeast Water and Wastewater Utility Improvements (Re-Bid). The scope includes preconstruction and construction services, collaboration during the design phase, constructability and value engineering guidance, development of guaranteed maximum price proposals, and construction management. Proposals must be submitted electronically or as sealed packets by June 3, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 5, 2026, via Microsoft Teams.
