WFISD is seeking a turnkey replacement of food service serving lines at four elementary schools: - Project covers Crockett, Franklin, Milam, and Zundy Elementary campuses - Scope includes: - Removal and disposal of existing serving lines - Delivery and installation of new serving line equipment - Startup, testing, and all labor/materials for a fully operational system - Equipment specified as Multiteria Essence series or approved equivalents: - Cashier Cart, Frost Top Cart, Hot Well Unit, Utility Cart, Cold Well Cart (one each per campus) - Sneeze guards, LED lighting, stainless steel construction, and warranty requirements - Installation must be performed by factory authorized installers - Vendors may propose equivalent or superior products with supporting documentation - Pricing must be all-inclusive (equipment, freight, delivery, installation, incidental materials/services) - Vendors are responsible for verifying site conditions and measurements - Procurement is funded by the Child Nutrition Program and must comply with federal, state, and local regulations (including 2 CFR Part 200 and 7 CFR Part 210) - The district may award to one or multiple vendors and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals

Description

Wichita Falls Independent School District (WFISD) is seeking proposals for the purchase and installation of food service equipment to replace serving lines at Crockett, Franklin, Milam, and Zundy Elementary campuses. This turnkey project includes removal of existing serving lines, provision of new equipment, delivery, installation, startup, testing, and all labor and materials necessary for a complete and fully operational system. The project is funded in whole or in part through the Child Nutrition Program and must comply with applicable federal, state, and local procurement requirements. The District anticipates project completion during Summer 2026 and will award the contract to the vendor(s) providing the best value in accordance with procurement regulations.
