Description
The City of Elgin is requesting proposals from qualified firms to design and provide full construction documents for the renovation and upgrade of the lobby of The Hemmens Cultural Center. This solicitation is a publicly advertised and competitively awarded Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Elgin. The scope includes design development, preparation of schematic and construction documents, coordination with City and Hemmens Cultural Center staff, stakeholder meetings, project administration, and all deliverables across multiple phases.
