Description

Sealed bids are invited for the site development of approximately 50+ acres of property within the Rivanna Futures development area of Albemarle County. The project generally includes completion of earthwork, development and base construction for road extension and roundabout, grading and stormwater plans to serve the property, and utility installation into the development area with site stabilization. This is a two-part process with Part 1 being the prequalification of bidders and Part 2 involving qualified bidders submitting bids. Only prequalified contractors are eligible to submit bids.
