Description

The Fort Wayne Allen County Airport Authority (FWACAA) is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive repair and support contract for its access control and video surveillance systems at Fort Wayne International Airport. The contract will cover maintenance services and system upgrades for a 5-year period starting June 29, 2026. The provider will maintain the systems in good operating order, including periodic inspections and keeping the Software Assurance Agreement current. The contract includes all Software House, American Dynamic devices, Morpho Biometrics, and other devices supporting the access control and video systems. Proposals must be submitted by May 15, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. EDT, with one original, three copies, and an electronic copy on a USB drive.
