The City of Casa Grande, Arizona is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and complete construction services for the O'Neil Drive from Hubbard Street to N Peart Road and Colorado Street from Cottonwood Lane to Judi Drive project. The CMAR will work with the engineering design team, serve as the general contractor, and assume risk through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract.
