The Ministry of Primary and Preventative Health Services (PPHS) is seeking to procure a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to replace the existing Alberta Vaccine Inventory Management System (VIMS) to manage Alberta's publicly funded vaccine and biologics inventory, valued at approximately $150 million annually. The new solution will support vaccine ordering, distribution, storage, tracking, and reporting, providing real-time visibility and accountability across the provincial supply chain. The existing solution, implemented in 2019, is reaching its end term with no remaining extensions available. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format by the closing date.
