Albemarle County is seeking qualified contractors for the Rivanna Futures VBRSP Site Development (Part 2) project. - Scope of work covers approximately 50+ acres within the Rivanna Futures development area - Includes earthwork, road extension and roundabout base construction - Grading and stormwater management plans - Utility installation into the development area - Site stabilization - Only contractors who successfully prequalify through the specified process may submit bids - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Procurement is for construction and site development services - All updates and addenda will be posted on the Albemarle County website

Description

Sealed bids are invited for the site development of approximately 50+ acres of property within the Rivanna Futures development area of Albemarle County. The project includes completion of earthwork, development and base construction for road extension and roundabout, grading and stormwater plans, utility installation, and site stabilization. Only contractors who prequalify to bid will be eligible to submit a construction bid. Updates to the solicitation will be posted on the Albemarle County website.
