Description

The Kodiak Island Borough is soliciting bids for janitorial services for designated Borough facilities including the KIB/City Administration Building, Kodiak Fisheries Research Center, Research Court Apartments, KIB Landfill Office and Scale Shack, KIB Cottages, and North Star Facility. The work is to be performed under one contractor as described in the scope of work. Bids must be submitted as sealed physical copies by June 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time, and electronic submissions are not accepted. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 20, 2026, at 1:30 PM local time, either in person or via Microsoft Teams.
