Description

The City of Toledo's Department of Public Works/Water Reclamation is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services to design improvements or replacements for the first package of 10 smaller pump stations as part of the Division of Water Reclamation Improvement Program. The consultant will act as the engineer of record, perform detailed design, assist in bidding and contractor selection, provide construction support including review of RFIs and change orders, and prepare operation and maintenance manuals and standard operating procedures. The contract duration is 36 months starting upon issuance of the purchase order. The bid due date is May 19, 2026, with a pre-bid meeting on April 29, 2026.
