Description

The Arkansas Transit Association (ATA) is seeking proposals from a highly qualified executive search firm to assist in all phases of recruitment and selection of an Executive Director. The Executive Director will serve as the chief executive officer responsible for strategic leadership, member engagement, statewide transit advocacy, financial oversight, and management of ATA programs. The selected firm will develop search strategies, conduct a national candidate search, screen and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, conduct background checks, provide compensation benchmarking, and assist with offer negotiations. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, approach, and cost.
