Description

This project includes roadway reconstruction and partial ditch upgrades on Cartwright Street from Strathcona Avenue to Lorne Avenue, and on Strathcona Avenue from Cartwright Street to its northern boundary. Ditch work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, and placement of topsoil and seed. Road work consists of full-depth reconstruction including subgrade, granular base, and asphalt/RAP structure to an approximate total depth of 420 mm. The contractor is responsible for all traffic control required to complete the work.
