Description
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) and the Land and Materials Administration (LMA) to procure services for the pick-up, disposal, and destruction of Class B Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) from fire departments and airports in Maryland. The successful bidder(s) will collect AFFF from participating entities and either dispose of it at a permitted facility outside Maryland or destroy it using MDE-approved methods.
