Description

The Town of Northfield seeks to retain the services of a general contractor for the construction of a stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP). The project involves installing 16 ADS StormTech SC-800 chambers in the bottom of an existing retention basin located north of the Cabot Hosiery Mills facility at 364 Whetstone Drive. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk will be held on May 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the project site. Plan requests must be made by emailing the Owner Representative.
