Manitoba, represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery, on behalf of Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation, is seeking proposals from pre-qualified suppliers for consulting services related to the replacement of heat recovery ventilators and geothermal decommissioning.
