Description

The Department of War (DOW) through the Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a mission to offer dental care services to eligible Active Duty Service Members (ADSMs). In order to fulfill DHA’s mission, the contractor will provide comprehensive dental care services worldwide to eligible ADSMs under the ADDP4 contract.

The ADDP4 contract will provide worldwide dental coverage to ADSMs of the Uniformed Services of the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Space Force, the U. S. Coast Guard, Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service.

DHA is in the acquisition planning phase for the ADDP4 follow-on contract. The DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided for industry feedback. The Government invites qualified vendors to submit feedback and questions on the following attached documents:

1. DRAFT PWS. Use the attached excel sheet to submit comments, questions, or recommendations on the PWS.

2. Request for Information (RFI) Questions. Please use the Form link in the RFI attachment to respond to the questions. Responses in any other format will not be accepted. Reach out to the Secondary Point of Contact listed if you are experiencing technical issues.
