The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, is seeking a sole-source service agreement for maintenance and support of Hach fluorometer equipment: - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office - Yuma Area Office as the requiring entity - OEM Highlight: - Hach Company is the sole OEM and exclusive authorized provider for these services - Services Requested: - Annual on-site preventative maintenance, calibration, and certification for Hach AT1000 and DR1300 FL Fluorometer equipment - Technical support, software upgrades, training, and phone technical support - All services must be performed by Hach factory-trained personnel - Unique/Notable Requirements: - No other service organizations or non-Hach parts are authorized, as this would void equipment warranties - Ongoing service and support; no specific part numbers or product quantities provided - Place of Performance: - Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, NV - This is a sole-source procurement due to warranty and technical requirements for OEM-authorized service.

Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEThe Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin, (LCB), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a non-competitive basis, to Hac Company, 5600 Lindbergh, Loveland, CO 80538. The Yuma Area Office has a requirement for annual on-site preventative maintenance/calibration/certification service, technical support, and software upgrades training and phone technical support for Hach AT1000 and DR1300 FL Fluorometer equipment. Hach's factory-trained service personnel are the only individuals authorized to perform any repair, start-up service, or maintenance on Hach instruments. Due to the many different parameters and types of analyzers, Hach does not recognize or authorize any other service organization to perform repair or calibration services on Hach analyzers. Unauthorized repairs and use of non-Hach supplied parts will result in voiding the instrument warranty.The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAIC) identified for this action is 811210 - Electronic & Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenances.
