Description

The National Research Council Canada (NRC) is seeking qualified teams to deliver the Centre for Autonomous Flight Systems (CAFS) on the NRC Uplands Campus in Ottawa using a Progressive Design-Build delivery model. The project aims to expand NRC Flight Research Lab capabilities by creating a new flagship facility for autonomous and optionally-piloted aircraft systems. This Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) is to identify and shortlist experienced proponents for the Progressive Design-Build process; it is not a request for pricing. Shortlisted proponents will be invited to a subsequent procurement stage. The contract duration is estimated at 34 months.
