Description

The International Development Research Centre (IDRC) is requesting proposals for a team to undertake an evaluation of the Step Change program. The evaluation aims to provide an independent summative assessment of the program's progress towards its objectives, examining the relevance and use of knowledge produced, the effectiveness of mobilization and awareness approaches, and their contribution to accelerating locally led adaptation.
