The US Space Force at Buckley Space Force Base is seeking sources for specialized radio test sets to support Radar, Airfield & Weather Systems (RAWS) maintenance of Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATCALS). - Government Buyer: - US Space Force, Buckley Space Force Base, Radar, Airfield & Weather Systems (RAWS) unit - Products/Services Requested: - 3 test systems with ILS and DOD ATG kits - Must be compatible with multiple radio systems, including AN/FRN-45C TACAN, CM300/350 radios, AN/FSC-127 ETVS, AN/GRN-29/30/31 ILS, PRC-113, TIMS, and POTS - Integrated test equipment: power meter, RF frequency counter, modulation analyzer, audio generator, level meters, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope - Includes preloaded procedure documents, setup files, cable and adapter kit - 3 ISO 9001 certified calibration certificates with test data - 3 five-year total hardware warranty and calibration packages (including loaner equipment and accessory replacement) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Test sets must support a wide range of radio systems used in ATCALS - Calibration certificates must be ISO 9001 certified and include test data - Five-year warranty must cover calibration, loaner equipment, and accessories - Delivery required within 60 days after order, no later than the specified deadline - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named in the solicitation; vendors must demonstrate compatibility and technical capability

The Buckley Space Force Base Radar, Airfield & Weather Systems (RAWS) unit requires exacting test sets to perform essential maintenance on Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATCALS). To maintain Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification, these systems must undergo a flight inspection every eighteen months. During these inspections, critical parameters such as reflected radio frequency (RF) and cable phasing must be precisely measured and adjusted. Headquarters Air Force Flight Standards Agency (HQ/AFFSA) has identified the specified test requirements as uniquely suited for the ATCALS mission.

The Government is requesting a response to the following:

What is the fastest delivery time after award you could provide each of these items? (Please reply citing the delivery time to Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado.) Can your company provide the supplies detailed in the attached Statement of Need? If yes, please provide a brief statement explaining your technical capability. Your response must specifically address how your proposed equipment complies with applicable Air Force regulations and ensures full compatibility/integration with our current system of radios. Please also highlight one recent, similar supply delivery you have completed. Based on the attached Statement of Need, can your company provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) or an estimated cost range to deliver these supplies? (Note: This estimate is strictly for government planning and market research purposes, and does not constitute a formal quote or proposal.) Is there a different NAICS code than 334511 that would better fit the item(s)? What certifications (if any) are required by the end user to use or install this brand of equipment? Do you have a pre-priced contract vehicle with these items on your schedule? If so, please provide the contract/schedule number for validation. Do you offer a bulk quantity discount?  If so, at what quantity(ites)?  Is a warranty included? If so, what is the standard commercial warranty? What are your extended warranty options? Do you maintain a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification?
