On behalf of the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS), I am pleased to confirm execution of a fully signed lease awarded in response to VA Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) 36C24926R0001. This lease provides 7,360 ABOA / 7,360 RSF of office and clinical space located in Murfreesboro, TN, designated as the 250 Glenis Drive Lease and has been awarded to the incumbent Bass Ward II. The leased premises will continue to be occupied by the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide services to our Veteran beneficiaries in the Murfreesboro area.
