The solution includes mobile voice, data, and messaging services for approximately 191 smartphones and 47 data-only connections, along with standardized smartphones, lifecycle management, dedicated internet services, and remote connectivity solutions. The service must ensure consistent coverage, high-quality connectivity, robust security, and operational resiliency for both urban and rural environments. The contract term is three years with an option to extend for an additional two years under the same terms.
