This Request for Quotation is issued to suppliers on the Qualified Supplier Roster for Service Category – Business Analysis Services (Business Analyst 3) established by the Request for Supplier Qualifications RFSQ 22-006 Information Technology Professional Consulting Services. It is for conducting a second stage selection process pursuant to the Master Agreement. Only suppliers pre-qualified under the RFSQ for Service Category #06 – Business Analysis Services and who have entered into the Master Agreement are eligible to respond. Quotations from suppliers not prequalified under the RFSQ will not be considered.
