BGIS - Infrastructure Ontario is inviting qualified suppliers to prequalify for General Contracting and Facility Management Vendor of Record (VOR) services for Small Works projects: - General Contracting VOR services are for projects valued under $50,000, delivered on an as-needed basis across the Infrastructure Ontario Portfolio - Scope includes buildings, facilities, and properties managed by Infrastructure Ontario - Vendors may also apply for Facility Management VOR services by submitting a separate response - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or named vendors are identified in this solicitation - Opportunity is open to all of Ontario, Canada - Vendors must provide all-inclusive rates and complete required submission forms - Existing ARCW VOR vendors must submit a new bid to be considered for this VOR - No specific products or part numbers are listed; the focus is on service provision for small-scale construction and facility management needs

This Request for Qualification and Proposal (RFQP) seeks qualified suppliers to provide General Contracting Vendor of Record services for Small Works projects valued under $50,000 on an as-needed basis. Vendors may also apply to become Facility Management Vendors of Record by submitting a response in a separate envelope. The scope covers buildings, facilities, and properties within the Infrastructure Ontario Portfolio. Existing ARCW VOR vendors must submit a bid to be considered.
