Description
The Village of Chester is seeking quotations for the installation and daily maintenance of 76 flower baskets in the downtown core for the summer 2026 season. The baskets are to be picked up from the nursery, installed in early June after the final frost, and removed in mid to late September depending on weather and plant condition. Daily watering before 8:00 am is required. This contract may potentially extend for three years.
