Description

Environment and Climate Change (ECC) requires a service provider to haul 45 Cubic Yard Roll-Off bins located in the Northern areas of the Whiteshell Provincial Park. The procurement is for a term starting May 19, 2026, and ending May 19, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified bidders to provide these hauling services. Bids must be submitted electronically through the MERX eBid submission function by May 14, 2026.
