Description

The proposed contract action is for a confocal microscope system in accordance with Section 3.0 of the Statement of Work (SOW) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm, Fixed Price contract with only one source, Nikon Instruments Inc., under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
