Description

The City of Revelstoke invites proposals from qualified and experienced development teams to act as the City's Development Partner for a phased rental housing program on the Oscar Lands. The project aims to provide purpose-built rental accommodation to meet near-term workforce accommodation demand related to BC Hydro's capital construction program and to establish a lasting community housing asset. The workforce accommodation phase will transition to long-term community housing after the BC Hydro accommodation period. The procurement process is two-stage, starting with Expressions of Interest to shortlist up to three proponents, followed by a collaborative development process to select a Preferred Proponent.
