The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide massage therapy services at the Langley Sports and Fitness Center, located on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Langley Air Force Base (LAFB), Virginia. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 633 Force Support Squadron, 633 CONS LGCP, Langley Air Force Base - Products/Services Requested: - Certified massage therapy services for authorized patrons, including 30-, 60-, and 90-minute massages and reflexology - Contractor must provide all management, labor, equipment, supplies, and tools, including massage tables, chairs, linens, intake forms, a printer, and cleaning/sanitation materials - Online scheduling capability required - Payment structure is an 80/20 split of gross sales (contractor retains 80%) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must maintain all required certifications and comply with labor laws and anti-trafficking policies - Quality control and professional standards must be upheld - Services must be continuous and reliable during the fitness center's normal operating hours (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) - Provisions for rescheduling on base closure days or holidays - All services to be performed on-site at Langley Sports and Fitness Center - No specific OEMs or named vendors are identified in the solicitation - Period of performance includes a 12-month base period with four 12-month option years

Description

The contractor shall furnish all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform massage therapy services on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Langley Air Force Base (LAFB), Virginia (VA) in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service to JBLE patrons. Contractor responsibilities include but are not limited to providing massage tables and chairs, standard intake forms, service-ready linens, a printer for administrative documentation, cleaning and sanitation supplies to maintain a professional, safe, and hygienic service environment for patrons of Joint Base Langley-Eustis.
