DISA is seeking information from industry for a large-scale, enterprise virtualization software solution to support Department of War operations. - Government Buyer: - Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), on behalf of the Department of War (DoW) - IT Contracting Division - PL84, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois - Products and Services Requested: - Enterprise virtualization software solution supporting approximately 700,000 subscriptions - Must include virtualization, disaster recovery, application and data virtualization, remote management, cybersecurity, asset and network management, logging, analytics, and reporting - Technical support, software sustainment, and upgrades - Comprehensive migration services from VMware framework, leveraging AI-driven automation to minimize disruption - Training services for DoW technical staff and migration teams, including foundational, deep technical, operational enablement, and continuous learning - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Solution must be enterprise-scalable and standardized - AI-driven automation for migration and operations - DoW Impact Level 5 certification required - Integration with DoW security frameworks - Blanket Purchase Agreement with a one-year base and four one-year option years - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the documents - Place of performance includes DoW data centers, enterprise computing facilities, tactical/forward-deployed environments (CONUS and OCONUS), and Scott Air Force Base, Illinois

Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), on behalf of the Department of War (DoW), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research. The purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified sources capable of providing a standardized, enterprise-scalable virtualization software solution, to include all associated software sustainment, upgrades, and technical support services under an enterprise-wide agreement within the next 12 months. The objective is to establish a centralized, efficient, and cost-effective procurement vehicle. Please see the attached RFI Document for additional details.
