Description

The San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) is seeking a consultant or consultant team to develop technical assistance guides and conduct outreach to local governments for developing economic analyses as required by Senate Bill 272 (SB 272) and the Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan (RSAP). The RSAP provides guidelines for local governments to plan for sea level rise impacts along the San Francisco Bay shoreline. The contract aims to support local jurisdictions in developing subregional shoreline adaptation plans by January 2034 through guides, webinars, outreach, templates, and other tools focused on economic analysis components.
