Description

The White County Board of Commissioners, Parks & Recreation Department, is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vending machine operators to provide, install, service, and maintain vending machines at multiple White County Parks & Recreation facilities. This is a non-transactional agreement with no commission or revenue share expected by White County. Machines are provided solely for the convenience and benefit of the community. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of vending machine placement, stocking, maintenance, and repair at no cost to the County. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM on May 22, 2026.
