The FBI Laboratory Division is seeking a single-award IDIQ contract for the supply of powder-free latex and nitrile examination gloves for laboratory use. - Government Buyer: - Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Laboratory Division - Contracting office: FBI-JEH, 935 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are named; gloves must meet ASTM D3578 (Latex) and ASTM D6319 (Nitrile) standards - Products/Services Requested: - Powder-Free Latex Examination Gloves (natural color) - Non-sterile, ambidextrous, fully textured, single use - Sizes: X-Small to XXLarge - Packaging: 100 gloves per dispenser box, 10 boxes per case - Must meet ASTM D3578 - Powder-Free Nitrile Black Examination Gloves - Non-sterile, ambidextrous, fully textured, single use - Sizes: X-Small to XXLarge - Packaging: 100 gloves per dispenser box, 10 boxes per case - Must meet ASTM D6319 - Powder-Free Nitrile Light Shade Examination Gloves (not blue or pink; green acceptable) - Non-sterile, ambidextrous, fully textured, single use - Sizes: X-Small to XXLarge - Packaging: 100 gloves per dispenser box, 10 boxes per case - Must meet ASTM D6319 - Initial pricing matrix requests 1 case (10 boxes) of each glove type per year, with pricing for a base year and four option years - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All gloves must meet detailed physical and chemical resistance specifications (e.g., thickness, tensile strength, elongation, protein level) - Small business set-aside - Warranty requirements and 90-day price validity period - Annual pricing for up to five years (base + 4 option years) - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Quantico, Virginia (FBI Laboratory Division)

Description

The FBI intends to award a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for latex and nitrile laboratory gloves, for the Laboratory Division (LD). 

This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Questions pertaining to the solicitation are due by 5:00 PM/EST on Friday, May 1st, 2026. All questions shall be submitted using the enclosed Offeror Question Submission Attachment.  

Proposals must be received by 5:00 PM/EST on Friday, May 8th, 2026.
