This opportunity is for a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide laundry and dry-cleaning services for the U.S. Air Force at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS/PKB), 7th Force Support Squadron, Dyess Air Force Base - Scope of Services: - Laundry and dry-cleaning services for military uniforms (Service Dress, Mess Dress, ceremonial uniforms), linens, sleeping bags, coveralls, aprons, chemical suits, tablecloths, chef jackets and hats, and other textile items - Pickup and delivery at Dyess AFB, including Linen Exchange (Building 6132, 490 Avenue B) and Building 7217 - Minor repairs, packaging, and replacement of lost or damaged items per Air Force standards - Compliance with JCAHO, AAAHC, and Air Force requirements - Contractor must be located within 45 miles of Dyess AFB - Products/Quantities (Annual Estimates): - Service Dress Coat Male: 57 - AF Dress Blue Pants Female: 114 - Gortex Coveralls: 800 - Tablecloths: 300–500 - Sleeping Bags: 50–500 - Additional items include napkins, aprons, chef jackets/hats, chemical suits, and various uniform components - Notable Requirements: - BPA master dollar limit: $350,000 over five years; individual calls not to exceed $25,000 - Pricing must be competitive and updated annually - Technical acceptability and price reasonableness are key evaluation criteria - SBA set-aside applies - No OEMs or specific vendors are named; this is a service contract only

Description

The 7th Contracting Squadron is seeking quotes for the attached combined synopsis/solicitation.  The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from this solicitation for the services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Government reserves the right to make one or more awards for this BPA from the solicitation.

The estimated ordering period of this BPA will be five (5) years from date of award. Specific period of performance timelines shall be determined at the call level.

Offerors are encouraged to read the solicitation documents in their entirety before submission of quotes.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Submission information is annotated on the COMBO document.
