This solicitation seeks fixed price prototype proposals to develop a modernized, integrated perimeter and installation security system for U.S. Army Garrison Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) and potentially other sites. The system aims to unify multidomain security technologies into a single operational platform, enhancing situational awareness, reducing false alarms, and improving response times.
